RAJSKI ZAKĄTEK is an intimate housing estate consisting of 8 single-family two-unit houses implemented in Ząbki at ul. Ks. Zycha.
The investment includes the construction of 16 premises with various usable areas, which will meet the expectations of customers with various housing needs. Slightly larger premises with an area of 58.30 m2 are located on the first floor in the building. 1 and 5. The advantage is the attic, which can be adapted on your own and thus significantly increase the area of the apartment to about 100m2.
We offer premises with an area of 66.39 m2 located in buildings 6, 7 and 8 on the first floor and in the attic with a view of the allotments and the view of Warsaw.

• facade made with the light-wet method, insulated with polystyrene;
• footpaths, hardened parking places;
• developed area for common use;
• the area of the gardens is leveled and prepared for self-development;
• fencing of the estate and a gate opened with a remote control.
