Szpitalna / Piotra Skargi estate

We built semi-detached residential buildings at the intersection of Szpitalna and Piotra Skargi Streets in Ząbki. We completed the investment in 2018.

Each of the premises with an area of ​​approximately 125 m2:

• 1st floor (ground floor): vestibule, corridor, storage room, room with kitchenette, bathroom, stairs, garage,
• 2nd floor (1st floor): 4 rooms, bathroom, corridor, stairs,
• 3rd floor (attic): unused attic, but with the possibility of later adaptation.

Completed buildings, painted walls with window sills - no finished floors. Each segment has its own plot. The area is fenced and closed, garage gate is equipped with an automatic machine. All municipal utilities, gas, water and electricity have been connected to the investment. The standard equipment included white electrical assembly and a central heating stove. The investment was realized in a great location, close to public transport and the S8 junction, a shopping center. The surface of Szpitalna Street was renovated in order to provide residents with even greater driving comfort.
