The CHABROWA estate is an investment consisting of eight single-family, semi-detached houses. It is located in a low-rise, single-family housing estate in a quiet, peaceful part of Ząbki, full of greenery. Close to allotment gardens, and at the same time in the immediate vicinity of the Warsaw-Targówek district. An intimate, closed estate that will ensure the safety and comfort of its residents. During the design process, we took into account the latest EKO trends in construction, and in particular, we used the technology of renewable energy sources. Thanks to this, the emission of harmful substances will be significantly reduced, we will obtain cleaner air and large savings in heating fees.

The day zone is a large living room with a kitchenette, with the possibility of connecting a fireplace. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, but for a smaller family one can be used as a wardrobe. We leave the attic for our clients to arrange themselves. There you can create additional rooms, a relaxation zone for the whole family or a place to work (home office).

The houses will be delivered in a developer standard with the following standard:

• area 172.75 m2, including the ground floor 69.36 m2 and the first floor 76.15 m2 and the attic for individual arrangement 27.24 m2;

• 5 rooms + attic;

• double garage for 2 cars;

• garage door controlled by a remote control;

• exterior doors;

• styrofoam insulation thick. 20 cm;

• attic insulation - PUR foam;

• 3-pane PVC windows;

• building adapted to the connection of a photovoltaic installation;

Closed and safety estate, with a common remote-controlled gate. Completion of the investment is planned for December 2022.
